MAP optics uses n-BK7, uV-fused quartz, calcium fluoride, magnesium fluoride, zinc stannide, sapphire, barium fluoride, silicon and germanium to manufacture wedge-shaped optical Windows. Both sides of the wedge laser window are coated with antireflective film of a specific wavelength, which is in the range of common laser wavelength. Uv fused quartz wedge window pieces are coated with or without broadband antireflective film on both sides, while H-K9L and silicon wedge window pieces are uncoated. In addition, the wedge-shaped beam sampling mirror is coated with a broadband antireflective film on one side.
The following figure shows the properties of various optical materials.
